Noah is an online clinic for men. We treat sexual health, hair, skin, sleep and more, all from your phone.
You need to be 21 or older for ED, PE and hair loss treatment, and 18 or older for acne and smoking cessation treatment.
A teleconsult costs $20.10. That covers a Singapore Medical Council registered doctor’s time to review your information and assess you.
Yes. Noah is licensed by the Ministry of Health under the Healthcare Services Act 2020 (Licence No. R/23M1081/MDS/001/232).
Every doctor on Noah is registered with the Singapore Medical Council and passed a background check and licence verification before joining. They follow the SMC Ethical Code and Ethical Guidelines, and the National Telemedicine Guidelines.
No. You’ll consult a doctor on Noah, who will prescribe treatment if it’s right for you.
Only after a doctor approves your treatment plan. If you’re not suitable for treatment, you won’t be charged for the medication.
Yes. Your privacy matters to us, so our platform uses strict security protocols to protect your personal data.
Yes. Noah follows the Ministry of Health’s guidelines, which let our doctors assess and treat patients remotely.
Yes, as long as your answers are honest, accurate and complete. Doctors can only work with what you tell them, online or in person. Only upload photos of yourself and your own ID, taken during your visit, and read your treatment plan in full before you take anything.
Your doctor calls you at the time slot you choose. After that, you can message them on Noah any time.
Yes. The Ministry of Health requires our doctors to do a video consult before they finalise your prescription.

Our doctors need to confirm who you are before treating you. Send a photo of a government-issued ID that shows your full name, photo, date of birth and expiry date, if it has one. It can’t be expired.
Prescriptions, Monday to Friday: finish your consult before 4pm and it’s delivered the same day. After 4pm, it goes out on the next available day. Saturday: there’s one dispatch at 11am, so consults finished before then arrive that day. Non-prescription orders go out in the next available delivery slot.
